Fine Imperial Roman Amethyst Necklace

with 25 unusually shaped flat bean-shaped pale amethyst beads, each drilled lengthwise and wrapped with wire wire links into a necklace. Very fine quality, rare amethysts (shape, color and quantity), Intact. Original gold wire terminal loops and shepherd’s clasp.
